Presentation is half of the battle, and when it came to what we would be wearing for our wedding day, I knew it would be a long battle of trying to decide. From being in three weddings with all different bridesmaid dresses, I was certain what I wanted and what I didn’t want (positive of being one of the last friends to get married!)
Oh my goodness was it hard to find bridesmaid dresses. Like wow. Since we wanted our wedding to be unique, the dresses needed to fit that. We looked everywhere, oh my poor sister. She tried on SO many!
We would go and I would find one I “liked” and than a few days later decide that I didn’t.. this happened about 3 times if not more. I wasn’t going to find the dresses I wanted in Omaha, so I went to google. Looking up where to order Bridesmaid dresses, I found KF Bridal.
I thought the same thing you are right now… ordering your bridesmaid dresses WITHOUT trying them on first?? You can’t do that. You are crazy! But I had an “Ah ha” moment and remembered a little thing called Instagram and started my research. If you want to learn about a brand, find their hashtags. I found two brides that used KF Bridal, and reached out to them regarding their experience. Both were positive and gave some tips about ordering. One gal even sent me a video of the dresses she still had to show how great the quality was!
Pro Tip: Order a color swatches to find the perfect one!
Once I had my color picked out, I let the girls run wide. I gave them a few examples of what I wanted and told them they could pick any dress they wanted, and everyone would get the same color.
KF Bridal has two ways to order dresses, customizable and generic. When you order a custom dress, you send in your measurements and they make the dress per that. You can add straps, pockets, etc. For generic sizing, you just order by number.
Sizing the dresses for the girls was hard. We ordered our dresses at the end of January, and two of my bridesmaid just had babies and one was still pregnant. 3 out of 4 decided to go custom and Katie, who was still pregnant, ordered a number. For the custom dresses, they were 100% custom. Thus, you could not gain or lose an inch. This would be my biggest tip to y’all when ordering.. you would rather give a few more inches on your custom measurements than not having enough.
The site gives you step-by-step instructions on how to order and measure. They encourage you to order all of the dresses at once so you make sure all of the colors are the same. When we first opened all of the dresses, they all matched. At least, I swear they did! On our wedding day, I noticed that one of the dresses was a little bit different than the rest. Thankfully, you cannot notice in photos, and you couldn’t really notice in real life either unless you knew what to look for.
Besides the color issue, our experience with KF Bridal was great. They responded to my emails and helped out when I needed it. Like I mentioned, we ordered the dresses in January, and I believe we received them in May, I can’t remember exactly. That might seem like a long time, but other bridal salons, it takes that long too.
Finally, the best positive about KF Bridal was the price. Holy moly these dresses were cheap. As a previous bridesmaid, I have spent over $200 on a dress. I didn’t want to make them that much, and I am so glad we kept them around $100. KF Bridal also has some INCREDIBLE sales so make sure to keep check or reach out to them.
At the end of the day, I am SO happy that we went with the dresses and the gals looked as gorgeous as ever! 🙂

This post is not sponsored by KF Bridal, but after I found the site, I reached out to them and they sent over a promo code for my bridesmaids to use when ordering. All thoughts and opinions are my own, and I would never promote a brand I don’t believe in.
