Falling for Fall

Growing up, I have always had a strong love for summer and winter. Summer, because well it is summer. Winter, because I am obsessed with the holidays and snow! I know, completely opposite. I would always just skip over fall and spring, and wait for winter or summer!

This year, however, I have been falling in love with fall. I believe the fashion first drew me in more this year. Duh right? Plaids, booties, vest, jeans, scarfs, all of the things! My love for fall really hit me when I was on a run around my neighborhood. Normally, I look down in front of me while running, because well, I don’t want to fall on my face. So from the inspiration of Lara Casey and her Instagram stories, I decided to look around. Oh Wow, God is so great. All of the fall colors around us and the super blue sky, it was absolutely beautiful. Therefore, I am setting us a goal for November, when you are doing something that you do often or it can be something new, stop for a second. Just stop and take in the fall air or all of the wonderfulness around you! It could be focusing on the winkles on your nephews nose as you tickle him or how great the cookies in the oven smell, anything!

With fall and I in love now, I wanted to share my favorite vest from J. Crew in Bleached Sand with you!

I paired it with a BP. Plaid Shirt with jeans and a classic fall boot-tay! Here is a medium wash too!

For my accessories, I went with my Whipping Post tote, the classic Kendra Scott earring, & a gold bar monogram necklace! I purchased mine at a local boutique, Four Sisters. Here is another option.
